Plain answers about how arc.pump works.

What is arc.pump?

A single page for people who already hold USDC on Base that takes you from there to inside an app on Arc. You land inside the app, not just on the chain. You pick where you want to land, and the transfer and the landing happen from the same page. The first thing you’ll be able to do there is launch or buy a coin.

How does my USDC get to Arc?

Through Circle’s own Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP). Your USDC is burned on Base and native USDC is minted on Arc, straight to your own Arc address. It isn’t a wrapped token, and arc.pump doesn’t run a bridge.

Does arc.pump hold my funds?

No. The USDC moves from your wallet to your own address on Arc. It never passes through an address we control, and we can’t move it for you.

Do I need anything on Arc before I start?

No. You start from your wallet on Base. Arc fees are paid in USDC, and the transfer is set up so you don’t need an Arc balance first.

What does it cost?

Circle charges a small fee for delivering the transfer, and arc.pump adds nothing on top. Launching a coin costs nothing. Any other fees will be announced before launch.

Is it live?

Arc mainnet is live. arc.pump isn’t on Arc mainnet yet. There is no contract address, no token and no sale. When that changes, it will be posted here and on @Arcpump_ first.

What are the risks?

Coins are volatile and can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose. Smart contracts and the networks they run on can have bugs or delays, and blockchain transactions can’t be reversed. Nothing on this site is financial advice.

How do I avoid scams?

arcpump.cloud is the only domain. We will never message you first about buying or selling a coin, and nobody from arc.pump will ever ask for a seed phrase, a private key, a wallet signature or money to “verify” anything. Anyone sharing a contract address before we post one is not us.

I build on Arc. Can my users arrive straight in my app?
